For Users in the EEA/EU: We transfer Personal Data to third countries relying on the European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms to ensure adequate protection.

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service.
- AI Model Providers: Skill executions may involve transmitting data to third-party AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate results.
- Analytics: We may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or privacy-focused alternatives) to monitor traffic and usage trends.
- Payments: We may provide paid products within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards.
10. Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites. We assume no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of any third-party sites or services.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16.
12. Questions and applicable rights
We will respond to privacy questions and rights requests through the contact channel below. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
13. Payment and service evidence
For purchases, OpenClaw and its payment provider may retain purchase-related IP information and a user-agent digest. We do not store raw user-agent values, PAN, CVC values, client secrets, webhook secrets, or raw sensitive payment payloads. Checkout and payment identifiers, policy/TOS consent, and normalized payment facts such as card brand, last four digits, country, network outcome, AVS, CVC, 3DS, and Radar results may be retained.
Minimal server-side evidence may include login, download, credit, and generation events. Where an order cannot be proven as the cause of a service event, the record is labelled account_context_only. Payment and service evidence is retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or de-identified through a guarded process. Legal and accounting ledger requirements may require longer retention of the minimum necessary records. Debug and security logs are retained for approximately 30 to 90 days.
